REGLAMENTO DE DISCOVER THE TASTE OF THE SPIRIT THAT UNITES US
Para que sirva como marco legal durante la vigencia de la promoción que Centenario Internacional S.A. ejecute en Aeropuerto Juan Santa María en el Costa Rica Duty Free by IMAS se emite el presente reglamento que se regirá́ por las leyes de la materia, así como las siguientes cláusulas y condiciones:
Patrocinador y Participantes
Centenario Internacional S.A. con cédula jurídica 3-101-010979, es el Organizador Oficial de la promoción “Discover the taste of the spirit that unites us”.
Este reglamento tendrá una vigencia durante todo el período de duración de la promoción. Para participar debe ser mayor de 18 años y contar con un documento de identificación válido y vigente, reconocido por el Gobierno de la República de Costa Rica, y además deberán cumplir con las especificaciones de participación consignadas en este documentos.
Restricciones
No participan de esta promoción las siguientes personas:
- Empleados, ejecutivos, funcionarios, proveedores y/o agencias de publicidad que brinden servicios a Centenario Internacional S.A.
- Familiares en segundo grado de consanguinidad de empleados, ejecutivos, funcionarios, proveedores y/o agencias de publicidad que brinden servicios a Centenario Internacional S.A.
Plazos
El plazo para aprovechar la promoción es del 04 de noviembre hasta el 22 de noviembre 2023 o hasta agotar existencias de las entradas. Cantidad de entradas disponibles: 22.
La cata privada en las instalaciones de Centenario Internacional S.A. se realizará el 23 de noviembre 2023.
Mecánica de Participación
Por la compra de $150 o más en el Costa Rica Duty Free by IMAS, distribuidora del Aeropuerto Juan Santa María de Costa Rica, el participante obtendrá una entrada para la cata con la maestra ronera de Ron Centenario, Susana Masís.
Entradas adicionales o independientes tendrán un costo de $100 cada una.
Alimentación
Los participantes son responsables de especificar cualquier restricción alimentaria al completar el formulario de registro.
Cancelación o Postergación del Evento
En caso de cancelación o postergación del evento por razones de fuerza mayor, se procederá a la devolución del monto correspondiente a las entradas adquiridas.
Transferencia de Entradas
Las entradas pueden ser transferidas a terceros, pero no podrán ser vendidas bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Lugar de Compra del Producto
La promoción se aplica exclusivamente a las compras realizadas en el Costa Rica Duty Free by IMAS del Aeropuerto Juan Santa María de Costa Rica, sin mencionar otros lugares de compra del producto.
Reembolso
No se aplicará reembolso posterior a la compra de las entradas.
Ausencia y Reposición
Una vez reservada la entrada para la cata, en caso de ausencia el día del evento, no se repondrá ni reembolsará el costo de la entrada.
Restricción en las Bodegas
Se prohíbe fumar en las instalaciones donde se lleva a cabo la cata de rones.
Derecho de Admisión
Nos reservamos el derecho de admisión a la cata.
Puntualidad
En caso de retraso por parte de los participantes, no se repondrá la cata. Es responsabilidad del participante llegar a tiempo.
Centenario Internacional S.A. se reserva el derecho de cambiar, modificar o eliminar esta promoción sin previo aviso a los participantes.
REGULATIONS OF DISCOVER THE TASTE OF THE SPIRIT THAT UNITES US
In order to serve as a legal framework during the validity of the promotion that Centenario Internacional S.A. executes at Juan Santa María Airport in the Costa Rica Duty Free by IMAS, these regulations are issued, which will be governed by the laws of the matter, as well as the following clauses and conditions:
Sponsor & Participants
Centenario Internacional S.A., with legal identification number 3-101-010979, is the Official Organizer of the promotion “Discover the taste of the spirit that unites us”.
These rules will be valid for the entire duration of the promotion. To participate, you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid and current identification document, recognized by the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica, and must also comply with the participation specifications set forth in this document.
Restrictions
The following persons are not participating in this promotion:
- Employees, executives, officers, suppliers and/or advertising agencies that provide services to Centenario Internacional S.A.
- Second-degree relatives of employees, executives, officers, suppliers and/or advertising agencies that provide services to Centenario Internacional S.A.
Deadlines
The deadline to take advantage of the promotion is from November 4 to November 22, 2023 or while tickets are still stocked. Number of tickets available: 22.
The private tasting at the facilities of Centenario Internacional S.A. will take place on November 23, 2023.
Mechanics of Participation
For the purchase of $150 or more at the Costa Rica Duty Free by IMAS, distributor of the Juan Santa María Airport in Costa Rica, the participant will get a ticket to the tasting with the master blender of Ron Centenario, Susana Masís.
Additional or stand-alone tickets will cost $100 each.
Feeding
Participants are responsible for specifying any dietary restrictions when completing the registration form.
Cancellation or Postponement of the Event
In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure, the amount corresponding to the tickets purchased will be refunded.
Ticket Transfer
Tickets may be transferred to third parties, but may not be sold under any circumstances.
Place of Purchase of the Product
The promotion applies exclusively to purchases made at Costa Rica’s Costa Rica Duty Free by IMAS at Juan Santa Maria Airport, not to mention other places of purchase of the product.
Reimbursement
No refund will be applied after the purchase of the tickets.
Absence and Replacement
Once the ticket for the tasting has been booked, in case of absence on the day of the event, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded or refunded.
Restriction in the Warehouses
Smoking is prohibited in the facilities where the rum tasting takes place.
Right of Admission
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the tasting.
Punctuality
In case of delay on the part of the participants, the tasting will not be replaced. It is the participant’s responsibility to arrive on time.
Centenario Internacional S.A. reserves the right to change, modify or eliminate this promotion without prior notice to participants.
